Our mission

The Avocado Oil Manufacturers Association (AOMA) is envisioned as a non-profit, member-driven organization that unites producers, commercial partners, researchers, and institutions around a shared mission: to promote the global development of avocado oil production and sales through representation, capacity-building, innovation, and market access.

We have detected that there is a large need for technical and commercial knowledge among avocado oil manufacturers worldwide. Avoiding errors can save a lot of money and effort. Therefore, we have reunited the best experts of the industry.

Since Spain has been the reference for oil processing, based on its long history of olive oil production, the association has been established in Sevilla, the world center of oil research.
